"A primary component for the success of our client's strategic search marketing campaigns is the use of our proprietary tracking system. The tracking system captures information relative to the search campaigns that are currently running for our clients (keyword, match type and creative level information). Secondary information that our tracking system logs, which is common in most web servers, is the internet protocol address (IP), the date/time of the transaction, browser type, referring page, requesting page and platform type. In addition to logging the above information, Didit also places a small text file, known as a "cookie", on the user's machine. The cookie contains no personally identifiable information and is used to correlate inbound click events into our clients' websites to subsequent conversion or action points defined by our client's on their web page(s).

The conversion or action points, defined by our clients, are tracked when the client places Didit tracking pixels, also known as web beacons or action tags, on their website. The client has the option of appending non-personally identifiable information to the tracking pixel(s) which can inform our automated optimization engine. In addition to any anonymous information passed on by the client, the same standard web server information mentioned above is also logged."
