"Ad Serving Quigo partners with numerous companies to provide online advertisements to "End Users" -- human end users of websites on the internet. As an End User browses the web, he or she may visit web-pages that include references to Quigo's advertising service. When this happens, an End User's browser may request advertisements from Quigo's system. FeedPoint Tracking Services In addition to the anonymous ad serving that Quigo performs as described above, some clients use Quigo's FeedPoint tracking technology to better understand the effectiveness of their marketing programs. The FeedPoint tracking technology includes the use of "redirects" and pixel-based tracking technologies. FeedPoint pixel-based tracking and redirects both use anonymous cookies to understand the activities of End Users. As part of this tracking, cookies are used to understand each particular End User's activities."
